Funded-deal examples are real transactions shown by city and state only. They illustrate what we have done, not what we will do on any other file.

Business-purpose lending

Bridge and hard money loans described here are for business or investment purposes and are secured by real estate. Consumer-purpose home loans are brokered in California only under separate programs and disclosures.
